Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong item.

You received wrong size as per deal then return

Before opening the parcel, clearly show the address label, as well as all four sides and corners of the package in the video.
Then, proceed to open the parcel and thoroughly check the product. If you find any issues like damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, ensure you show these clearly in the same video.
The video must be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
Complaints will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. The issue (damage, missing item, wrong product, etc.) is clearly shown in the unedited video.
2. The video adheres to the guidelines mentioned above.
Excuses for not sharing a proper video will not be accepted, including:
Forgetting to record the video.
Not having anyone at home to record it.
Being a regular buyer with no prior complaints.
Not knowing how to record a video.
Important Note:
Do not share fake videos and argue that you’ve shared proof. We strictly adhere to these rules and won’t accept complaints without valid, continuous videos as described.

🔁 Exchange Process

If your claim is valid, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

COD Orders: Refund will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer (customer will be asked to share details).

🚚 Return Shipping

If pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange it.

In case return pickup is not available, the customer will be required to self-ship the item to our return address (provided by our support team).
